If you cannot find the product you want on our website, please CALL US! Not all products are listed and chances are that we have it or can source it for you. Our Sales Team will be happy to assist you. Get technical advice and a customized price quote from one of our Account Managers.
Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card, Amex or on account with net 30 day terms upon credit approval. Credit application form available upon request.
Orders are shipped prepaid and charged, FOB Toronto, ON. Shipments are via UPS, Purolator, or a courier of your choice.
Product warranties offered are those provided by the various manufacturers. Goods to be returned require a Return Authorization Number which can be requested through our Customer Service Department. Out-of-warranty repair requests can be placed with a credit card or a purchase order at which time you will be provided with a Return Authorization.
JB Connexions will gladly issue you a Return Authorization on certain products if you are not fully satisfied. However, not all products are returnable. If you are not 100% sure of your intended purchase, please check with your Account Manager prior to ordering to ensure that the products you are ordering are returnable.
All Returns for credit must have a Return Authorization Number and be returned within 20 days of shipment to you. Products must be in their original shipping condition, complete with manuals, cables, power supplies and all accessories. Failure to do so can result in a restocking charge or a rejection of the return.
